Just got new tints done last night, and it snowed this morning.

Hey guys, I just got tints done all around yesterday-evening, and it snowed like an hour afterwards. I went out this morning to get a better look at the tints, because by the time the tinters were done, it was dark outside, so I couldnt get a good look, anyways, I went out, and moved the snow off the windows, and checked them out. The side windows on each door came out perfect, no bubbles, perfect. But the back windshield is filled with bubbles along the top. The tinter said that there would be bubbles, but I should wait a week and check again, if the bubbles were gone, and my friend said the same. Is this true? I seen quite a number of bubbles in the rear, and if it isn't normal, they said they'll take a look and fix the problem and/or do it again.

Now, do you guys think this is normal, and the bubbles will dry out? Or did the snow on the rear window do this problem?

Yes, wait at least a week for it to flatten out.

...any GOOD shop would have told you to come back when it warms up...at this point the moisture between the window and tint may take 2 months to dry...and mostly due to the temp change...cold outside...warm inside

It is going to take a while to get those bubbles out if your lucky. Does the place you got it done at let you bring it back if you are not happy?? If so I would leave it until it get warm and then bring it back and get it redone. Thats what I had to do with my 93 max.

I had this problem with my other car (Sentra Spec V) when I had it tinted. To my knowledge, this occured on my other car because of the dots matrix on the top of the window. Eventually it did go away. Do you have any pics of your car?

I will take some pictures tomarrow. And yes they said I can bring it again to get the tints fixed it need be. Also, on the outside of one of my windows, there are small scratches that are noticeable when its against the tint, is there anyway i can polish the window to try and fill in those scratches?

May I ask where you got your tints done and how much does it cost?

What kind of tint do they use?

Nope... tinting in the cold is fine... it'll take a week (maybe two) for the bubbles to go away.

I got mine done in january in massachusetts and made sure the put the rear defroster on whenever the car was running and everything came out perfect and has been since (over 3 years).

Yeah it will take a while for the bubbles to go away. It still has to settle down.
