Diamond plate floor mats

Hi, I'm looking for more cool mods for my 05 Max SE.
I was just looking at the diamond plate mats on the Custommax web site.
Just wondering if anyone has them and how they look in a 04/05 Max.
Also are they hard to keep clean & shiny?
Thanks,
-Louis

Just say no....
I think these will cheapen the look of your car for sure.
Just my personal opinion...

I know Husky liners are made for all kinds of cars, not sure if they make them for the 6th gen or not. I agree with jsmithsole to a degree. Husky liners for me have always saved the Jeep carpets during the winters and off road fun, but removing them always added at new car look that was lost from the diamont plate mats.

Plus, Diamond plate is for trucks

Maybe if you car is just for showroom then maaaaybe but don't waste your money. The first time you slip on them bad boys you will probably launch them out anyway.

Thanks

Thanks for the input.
I'll skip the mats, now I can move on, perhaps go for the Stillen front lip spoiler.

If you get anything, get the all weather rubber mats. they trap a lot of mud and water saiving your interior. for me, having a nice interior is a mod in itself

Inasmuch as I disagree with Shodog on Fords, I agree with keeping and interior nice. I bought some matching colored mats from Walmart to protect the Maxima Mats from when kids come in the car. They were cheap, they look decent because they are dark like my carpet, and if they wear out, just buy new ones. If you show your car or have a hot date, u can remove them easily until the kids are back. Helps with resale I think too because the Max mats stay fresher longer.
