HELP steering wheel and shifter shaking violently above 55mph

So im on my way to school today and i get on the highway and i get up to about 50-55mph and the steering wheel and shifter starts shaking violently. The car was fine on saturday before the whole massive snow ordeal. Any suggestions for problems?

I did go go through a pothole, and noticed my alighnment got wacked, but after the snowstorm and up until today i started thinking i mighta dented one of my rims. Yet it seems better now (though my alignment is so messed up).
