Why is that my 93'gxe won't heat at idle. As soon as i give it gas and don't make stops she will heat right back up. Does everyone elses electronic heat have a mind of its own as blowing hot air out a couple of vents and freezing air out of a couple or have it on the floor and ice air comes out of the vents.....hmmmm- makes me wish it was just a manual heat controls. Any help would be most grateful.

Does your temp. gauge go down at idle or does it stay about in the middle?

Well I guess I dont have the whole forum memorized.....anyway no, the temp stays where it is at, hovering right around the middle.

 

didn't expect you to have the forum memorized, but you probably are :
a. Low on coolant
b. need to bleed the air from the system.
