Drop After Illumina install Settled + random pics

Here are some pics of the drop i got with the Tokico Illumina's + Tokico springs off E-bay. I like it (i know many ppl are going to say they like it lower but not me, i still have to go over huge speed bumps all the time). As far as performance i am nothing but impressed with the setup. I don't have any noises at all and no problems and they've been installed for about 3 weeks now. I've already ridden with them set on 3/4 which provided AWESOME! performance in cornering, like i was driving a whole different car. I also had them on 1/1 to see how soft they can get. I'd say 1/1 is equivalent to stock se springs in every aspect from performance to ride quality. Today i set them to 5/5 but i haven't went anywhere yet so i can't tell u anything about it yet. Maybe later. Enjoy...

Drop looks good. Car looks good. If I could recomend one thing...take off the fender trim, besides that you have a clean looking ride.

LoL everyone dislikes the fender trim... I don't mind it a bit. Came on the car when i bought it btw. As far as that gey azz type-s badge goes I'd LOVE!!! to remove it (came on the car 2) but dumbass previous owner used some kinda crazy glue and i don't think i can get it all off cleanly

if you took a sledge hammer to the trunk and beat the Type-R emblem off it would look better than it does now.

My first post was w/o seeing the tail lights and badge

Again, the drop looks good. The rims aren't too bad. The tint is nice. The muffler looks decent. Paint seems in great shape. You got a nice ride there if you just remove those lights, fender trim, and badge. it's your car though, as long as your happy.

i'd like some red clears, but u know how hard they are to come by. And btw the altezza's came on the car too. Everything i've done to the car is nice ... y-pipe, drop, tv inside .... the previous owner did all the crappy stuff like the lame type-s badge the altezza's and the trim. I am workin on making some new tails btw, but that project is alil ways off.

I have the same drop but not the same setup and my car looks lower! Probably because of the aspect ratio of the tires that I have. Yours seem to be lower profile. I guess the previous owner never heared of 3M tape before. That's too bad he superglued it.

Sup3rlativ3, love what you did to those wheels. If I'm not mistaken, its not gunmetal finish is it? Otherwise, the wheels would look darker.

I would hope it is not superglue. There are a lot of things to get regular emblem glue off. Check the FAQs under debadging the rear.

Its time for the 97-99 rear conversion to not have that badge. Plus you'll have red clears for cheap
