Sarona kit seller may have ripped me off - help

The guy who sold me the Sarona body kit wont return my phone calls. He is avoiding me and Im not happy. Any suggestions? he lives in brooklyn. Here is his info:

Man that sucks, I had a feeling that was going to happen. Saw the pic of the kit on his car that was being sold. Have you tried filing a complaint with Ebay? Really hope you get your money back. No way it should have taken that long to get the kit shipped.

I have been screwed twice on Ebay.....both for small items luckily.

You only have so long on ebay and paypal to file complaints after the auction. Has he kept you on the hook long enough that you are really screwed????

next time go to the sarona website and order it with them. I penny wise ends up being a pound foolish.

That would be an expensive lesson. There's excellent info in the link that NismoMax80 posted above. I would be going after the guy with all barrels blazing !

I never buy from anyone on ebay.....you can never really trust the person on the other side.....
