power lose with short ram

If I were to get the Bomz racing short ram intake will I loose power...thats what im being told I just wanna see if it is right, I dont see how I could loose power when I am bringing in more air tho. ALSO with my 2.5 inch catback and the intake will my gas milage be worse?

You only gain a pony or two up top, low end and mid range stays the same. Throttle response usually gets a bit worse, especially when the engine compartment gets heat soaked.

Believe it or not, the best throttle response and overall dirvability is achieved with the stock intake and a nice clean air filter.

There are ways to slightly open up the stock intake system to breath better up top without sacraficing any throttle response down low.
