00 Stillen Classic Lip Fitment

The post a while back about fitment issues...i think i know what the problem is because i had a problem with mine when i went to go fit it on...whichever side you start to put on first...it rests perfectly snug along the lines of the bottom of the car and in the foglight area but those four or five little connectors in the lower valence are what creates the problem...whichever side i start with, the first two fit and then even with force the next couple ones won't slide in bc its a couple of mm off...i suppose easy thing is to just cut them a little larger but i have a feeling that if you heat it up it will be easier to force it a bit and it might just fit like that...anybody else have this same problem and what did you do? kinda ridiculous it's even that much off for how much they charge for it.

I'll heat the bastard up and see what happens...if not no biggie just use the razor method
