I had my mechanic take a look at the source of the oil leak in my car. He called my mother back after looking at the car (i was busy) and she told me the quote was for close to 700 bucks. Apparently the leak is coming from the timing cover gasket and is leaking down to my control arm bushings, which is the reason I was getting the "clunk" sound and feel in my brakes.

Does this price seem right?
