Just ordered Cat-Back exhaust from Cattmen
I just ordered exhaust system Monday and it should be here Friday.
Was wondering how long did it take you guys to install?
I will be installing myself.
and also once it is installed i will create audio/video clip of CAI,cattman headers, and cattmen exhaust.
anyone have this setup already? and have audio of it?

1. Your hardware is not too rusted.
2. You have a lift or garage jack that will get the car high enough to get the rear section out. Many people have had to resort to using 3.5 ton jacks and stands at the axle to get the rear high enough for this. Alternatively, you could park the rear of the car over a loading dock or a high curb to accomplish this. The reason for this is the rear section needs to point virtually straight down in order for you to get the piping out of the "tunnel".
Puppetmaster is 100% right. I bought a 3.5 ton jack when I installed my Cattman catback a month ago. You might need something to break the rust on the old connections. One thing: When you are removing the stock b pipe, there are two sets of bolts connecting the cat to the b-pipe. You need to remove the two bolts that are closer to the front of the car. Other than that, its easy. PM me if you have any questions.
on the rear section needed to be lifted real HIGH.....I just took my car to my a muffler shop...cuz I was too lazy to tackle the install myself...anyway I was GLAD i actually took it to the muffler shop....becuz when they were removing my exhaust...the rear section wouldn't come off easily becuz of the "tunnel" PuppetMaster was talking about...the guy said it would have been a pain if u did it at home.....oh yeah and also there was two rusted bolts....the bpipe to cat bolts were stuck on there pretty good....he had to use an impact gun to remove it....
all i have to say is...i'm glad I paid $40 for a shop to do it becuz I probably wouldn't have gotten those bolts off and would have had a hard time gettin the rear section out of the tunnel...
I'm lucky, my great grandfather was a mechanic until he went blind, so the garage at my dad's house has a pit in it so i can stand underneath. It's alittle cramped because when they built it there weren't many people that are 6'2'' but it makes everything so much easier.
the catback is about 600. Also, Cattman has the finest customer service of any company (large or small) that I have ever dealt with. If you have ANY questions, call and ask for Brian, he's the owner. Brian Catts, hence the name.
I PM brian Catts from Cattmen and he said the vq35de engines(3.5) give more HP with the exhaust then the vq30de(3.0) because when nissan made a bigger engine (3.0L) to (3.5L) they kept the same exhaust system on which crams the exhaust

this was on my old 2K Maxima... I moved all of my cattman stuff to my new 2K2 Maxima... All I can say is that there's a definite gain in HP - NA cars won't show as much of a gain as I did on the SC'd 2K, but there's still a gain...
Cattman stuff is definitely worth the money, IMO...
