TS ecu

Why was the thread on the JWT ecu closed? Is this website not a forum to exchange ideas and opinions? Just because someone has a TS ecu should they be allowed to have the thread closed? That is ludicrous.

Then illuminate us on the merits of the TS ecu - gains, pros/cons, cost etc.

I am getting a little pissed off at some of the heavy handed behaviour of certain moderators. Is this a police-state website or what?

These are civil questions I am asking!

I understand how you feel, but taking shots at the moderators like this will only get your kicked off the board. Its not just them that want your threads closed. They recieve PM's from other org members that feel these threads are a waste of bandwidth.

There are probably 20 + threads on ALL the ecu's, how they preform, pros, cons, costs, group deals, where to buy, etc ... You just have go to further in the pages. Ecu's are a topic that probably is brought up every week, and its always the same questions being asked.

I think people are getting tired of reading the same posts everyday over and over again by someone new or by someone that hasn't been on the board in a while.

Thanks, I was confusing the JWT ecu with the Jet ecu. Someone yesterday was giving props to the JWT ecu which is what I was looking into, not the Jet which the above website you have provided trashes.

Nowhere does it state that the individual I am questioning is a moderator. It should clearly state that in the signature and I don't see it anywhere.

also, on the front page of the 4th gen forum it lists all active moderators.

I just looked at the thread that was close, and yes you were confusing the two. Also, saying that the JET 'ecu' (I use the term lightly here), is garbage is in fact an opinion as well as proven fact.

Also, he closed the thread b/c it was useless. All the information you could ever want has been more than adaquately documented throughout this site and many others. Also, if you donate, then you can use the in house search engine which is more up to date than google ....

Ya know..if the search function was available this wouldn't happen. Any other forum I go to has this available to all members.

If the mods want to make cash off this site. Thats their call. But if they don't want the same posts on the list all the time...open the search function so you can find what you need.
