4th Gen GXE Speed Limiter
Dont know what to say about you hitting 130mph. but glad you hit it
Nice grill mesh, makes the front of your car look very good. I like if only you didnt have to have a tag inhe front.

I thought the reason for the Speed Limiter was because the stock tires could not handle speeds over 120 mph? Is that true?
Could it have something to do with my car being Cali-Spec (I beleive)?
Mine didn't cut off at all, it kept going at 120 and then I stepped on the brakes at 130. I still had some more rpms to go. This is weird...

That is not true in my case. I have a 1996 SE w/ an Automatic tranny and the car did about 132 with no sign of speed limitations.

has a 1996 GXE Maxima. He went 130 mph on the highway. How is that possible? No check engine light or code for the speed limiter. He has 215/50-17 tires so they are within the Speedometer spec.
