has anyone got 0103 and 0304 ecu code? if i replace the knock sensor, would the engine coolant temp sensor code go away? or do i need to replace both of them?

Do a computer reset or reset the check engine light and see if they both still come up.

if you replace the egtc the ks would most likely go away, but it's not a bad idea to replace it anyways as most people end up doing it. i have done both and am happy that i have. goodluck

The CTS is only about $25 at autozone, so its relatively cheap. The hose that comes out of the top of the radiator goes down toward the engine and there are two sensors in there. The CTS is the one closer to the firewall.
Here is a side shot of the two sensors the CTS is on the right and is also the shiner one. I think it is an 18 or 19mm socket that you need to get it out. Just unscrew it and put the new one in. Don't worry, no coollant will come out when you take the sensor out either.
