what would that accomplish?

 

easier color matching with the front head lights..

 

they make superwhite or blue bulbs to match ricer headlights if thats what you mean. i use reg. amber bulbs with my hids

 

well, I just needed them to be a bit brighter so that they match all around. But if I shave off the nubs on the corner bulbs my corner plastic lens will develope cracks in it like in my previous maxima. That's why I was contemplating doing this.

 

yeah, ive heard about the lenses cracking, but i have the nubs shaved off to make them brighter, and havent experienced any problems with doing so. so im not sure. try out your idea and let us know what happens

 

DULL 27 watt Auxlights.. OEM HID... and Amber-*** corners.. (sorta clean stockish look)

 

When I had my Maxima I replaced the corner bulbs with an amber bulb, looks so much cleaner than ricerwhite in my opinion.
