96 maxima timing belt or chain?
hello , iw as just wondering if my 96 maxima has a timing belt or chain, how can i find out

Timing chain, lasts till the engine dies, which, for a VQ, means forever.

You can take your motor apart and once you do that you'll find a timing chain

you have timing chain . u dont need to worry about changing it. it should last u about life time of the motor.
