I replaced the gauge cluster with the spedo. The new one did work when it was taken out. The spedo is peged at 125 when the car is standing still. I also repaced the item that screws in the top of the transmission. (5 speed) The problem still exists. I can not tell the speed. What other item may be bad to have this occure?
