I want to change my rearview mirror to one of those longer, wide view mirrors. Is there any place i can buy a this type of mirror, AND attaches using the stock bracket? Or would i have to attach it with the rearview mirror glue that attaches it to the windshield? i don't want to use the glue. Thanks!

 

the wide view ones just clamp on to your existing rear view mirror. search online, or even ebay i think.

Its great for extending your view to cover blind spots. go to ebay and look up broadway mirror. 300mm is the highest i would go, and you would need

 

Broadway mirrors are the best. Some have tint on them to prevent "dazzling lights" hah hah.

Not sure which but had it for about 5 years. Works great picking up the blindspot on the left side... probably saved me from many accidents that way

the mirror atop mirror thing isnt something you should worry about

 

Snaps right onto the existing mirror. Looks clean and replaces the crummy OEM ones.

 

i have one of those huge rearview mirrors too, its a clip on and you can probably find it at any autostore too

 

My concern about the snap-on type that i saw in Advance Auto is that it looks like putting another (regular depth) mirror on top of the OEM one, making everything look bulky & ugly. I like these broadway ones b/c they are nice and thin. Where can i buy thin ones that are similar to broadway? I checked NAPA, Pep Boys, & Advance Auto so no luck in these places.

Get the Broadway inside rear view mirror. 270mm is what I'd recommend, so you can swing down the sun visors without bumping into the wide mirror. Some car dealerships will carry them. I bought some at a local Honda dealership.

There's alot on ebay, I just did a search last night. They're 10 bucks each. I got mine for 20 bucks in chinatown, but it has lasted 6 years. Later.

But on a serious note, I have one. At first, it seemed kinda funny looking being so wide, but after using it for a while, over 2 yrs, Ive definatley grown to love it. It just allows you to see so much.
Now when I drive a vehicle without it, it just seems weird.

 

The Broadway is a must after driving with it for so long.
