Has anyone's sunroof ever cracked after tinting? I'm debating on getting it done but am getting mixed reviews.

 

Nope... that's a ridiculous myth. Plenty of cars come with tinted sunroofs... mirror or smoke... no cracks. My '87 Trans Am had mirror tinted T-Tops... no cracks.

Sunroofs cracking due to tinting is BS. Besides... the sunroof is tempered glass... it would not crack... it would shatter into a million pieces.

 

I would do it man...it looks really nice. shouldnt crack at all, just as Igobuk said. do it..

That's kind of like saying your side windows will crack after tinting.

I've never seen it happen or even heard of it happening.
