How do you get those black screws off the bracket for the Bose? I've been using my trusty craftsman screwdriver that I've been using for who knows how long. My fingers are hurtin lol.
Try twisting very quickly while pressing in hard. I finally got it with my Craftsman screwdriver. Just bump it. Hopefully you didn't strip it already, because my idea won't work very well if you have. Good luck!!
These were in my Favourites. They may or may not help

I don't know if you plan on keeping the unit to sell or put it back in to sell the car later but you could just bring out a drill. I spent about 5 mins and gave up and let my orange b&d do the work. If done correctly you will only loose the screws.
i plan to keep it. I was going to do the led mod, [ONE bulb went out wtf] so yes, I officially gave up and I'm going to put my dash back in. A lot of my friends were asking if my car got broken into while goin to class. haha Thanks for everyone's replies though.

it's not the screws are stripped. They are perfect. There is just too much torque on them. I've turned so hard that the lines aren't straight anymore. Usually a screw would have the line going up an down and left and right. Now it's just a wavy X. Nissan made those bishes tighter than the enginebay space in my calispec
