I just wanted to tell everyone about this Sefl-Fusing Silicone Tape that i found at Radio Shack. I bought some to waterproof my upgraded headlight harness. It works really well and makes a perfect seal against the wires. It's like $3.50 for 3' by 1".

 

I've used some on my wiring harness in my RX-7. Great stuff. It also has a much higher temperature rating than regular tape by about 200°, so use it where the regular harness has fried.
