Water pump/thermostat went out on 95 Max! How long will it take to swap it out?

Water pump/thermostat went out on 95 Max! How long will it take to swap it out?
A bucking 95 maxima at a high rate of speed. Did not notice the temp gauge and the over flow bottle about to bust.
Now lets see how interesting this will be to remove the water pump out while the motor is still in car?
anyone have any good ideas?

yeah if you dont have an a SC it should be pretty straight foward... Just take off the two timing plate covers ( the little black ones), and remove the chain tensioner, and then the 3 bolts that hold the water pump in place.
