Does any know how to fix Bose buld on the HU?

Is there any way to fix a buld on bose?
can anyone tell me wat i need to do ....i can take it apart

i wouldn't go through the trouble of fixing it, you are better off buying a used BOSE HU than fixing it, can be cheaper to sometimes buy than fix

I'm sure I read it in the sticky's on how to change the color of the HU bulbs to bule. That should be the same?

Not like leds but it's almost the same. It tells you how to remove the bulbs. Instead of leds just get the proper bulb that need to be replaced.I'm not sure if a bulb or LED but once you open it I sure you can get another from Radioshack or a radio repair shop

how did u find it? anyways thanks i think i am gonna change everything to red! do u think it is a good idea.....even the cluster? Is soldering hard?

I used the search. Solding is not hard but you got to take your time or you'll damage stuff. I haven't seen all red, Hey if that what you like.Good luck

haha that was my thread. good luck doing the led mod. I couldnt even get the screws off the bracket to even GET to the inside of the Bose HU.
