Thanks guys.. appreciate your thoughts

carcus... where did you get your billet grille from? I am in love with that look and urs looks great! can u help a fellow maximer out? I found one on ebay but im not sure if its like urs, that one shines too much.

Since I bought her pre-owned, i replaced the front struts, moon roof, all 4 rims and tires (OEM), all under warranty-except rims n tires.

now to the mods:
- I just finished installing the stealth amber lights today (will get pics up soon)
- Tinted one window this afternoon myself, gonna wait n see what it looks like tomorow then eaither do the whole car on my own, or take it in to be done proffesionaly.
- Experimenting with the OEM grille-plan to paint it all black first see what it looks like on the car, then paint it majestic blue see how that works out.
- The erebuni lip spoiler should be on its way by now (still want to know if i can cover up the holes with OEM spoiler if i want to take it off)
-jcberb is helpin me out with the HID conversion (OEM through hidplanet)
-thinking of debadging the rear hamburger once the spoiler is on, but ill wait n see what it looks like with it on first.

Ill keep updating the car domain page and bumping this thread up everytime i get something up

I had that happen to my new tire on the old max and I had it repaired and drove a year and a half on it, the nail was on the edge and was in at a angle, hope all works out for you with it, it makes you so mad though doesn't it!

As for my crashed max, acctually I was knocked out for several hours and had hairline fracture in my hip and my 15 year old daughter was sitting in back seat and took the trunk into the back of her head, she is rehabilitating from a brain injury but is getting much better. Ofcourse the drunk driver didn't even have a scratch, had blood alcohol level of .27%

Not to jack your thread here but #1 your car looks nice and sounds like you have caught the mod bug. #2 This is the link to the grille that Carcus has:

I had pm'd him and asked him about it since I just bought one myself last week. Good luck with the car

Hey no problem!! shes doing great, it's been along road but she will be fine,Thanks. It is just the way things go, it helps that she has an awsome mom! he he he! She and I are already getting back on our skateboards if that gives you any idea of our mental state LOL.

Have you had the tire looked at yet? did they suggest removing it and repairing?

You have to buy the parts and than call to make a appointment for the install. Tire plus installed the racing pulley, the rotors, brake pads and the Greddy. Inform on my web site. Later Warren

Thanks for ur help guys!!!

Update on the screw in the tire: Screw was small enough to not have punctured the tire... ITS OKAY!!! WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOW!!

New "unexpected" mod: I found OEM HID Xenon headlights from a wrecked maxima and decided to purchase them!!! I planned to go with the upgrade, but since this was on the market.. why not?

Cant wait to get them and install! They come with bulbs and ballasts. Will i need anything else to get them up n runnin?

Congrats on getting the HID lights they are a big difference, i have a SL with those lights and they are pimp. I dont think anything else is needed. If you took them out of the wrecked car just do the opposite procedure.
