I removed my front licence plate...

hey there peepz

Today I removed my front bracket for my license plate and there are marks on the bumber. I assume there from the bracket and I was wondering how to get rid of them, or if it was even possible.

Another quick question is the screw holds how do you hide them. I have a white car and I noticed that most people put the "MAXIMA" from the trunk there, but I don't want to take that off.

I have a White 98 SE if it makes a difference.

Are you talking about the holes that the screws leave after you take them off? You might be able to go to a hardware store and purchase some plastic tabs to fill the hole. Granted it won't be the same pearl color, but its better than having a black hole there.

Are the marks on the bumper from scratches or from just dirt? If its from dirt, you can try a clay bar and a good polish/cleaner afterwards.

Ill go to homedepot tomorrow and see if they have anything for those holes

Well I am not a 100% sure but I think its a mix of a lil rust and some dirt

A new paint job would work, but it is too expensive probably.
