Sooo...it's clicking.

Is it just 1 wheel? Is it only when you're turning? Is it only when brakes are applied? We need more info.

Check your CV joints/boots if the noise is coming from the front wheels.

...also make sure you don't have a rock/nail/screw in your tire.

prety sure its all 4 wheels. sounds like more of a metal clicking. no nails or rocks in tires. it goes away when i'm braking and its make'n me go nuts...

pretty rare that all 4 wheels would make noise at the same time.

What size rim and offset did you put on? Did you work on the brakes at all recently?

no work on the brakes recently. i had my rims on last yr but didnt have this problem. but i recently added s techs and kybs but i doubt this would have anythign to do with it. i'm confused as to why it goes away after driving for 5 min and doing some braking, even at the same speed.

....this blows

...Take off all of the brake pads and look for any unusual wear. Make sure nothing got between the rotor and the hub. Make sure nothing got between the rim and the rotor. Make sure nothing got between the Brake pad and the rotor. Do that to each wheel. Also ... make sure you tightened down all of the lugs cause if you didn't that will make bad noises (and evetually worse... as in wheel falling off). Also it is possible that the pads are rattling around in their seats. Try putting some of that anti squeal grease between the pads and the calipers. It works.

I think you should contact njmaxseltd (aka Tom). He has a shop up in Garfield. (about 30min from your location.)
I'm sure he'll take a look at it for you this weekend if you want.
