So you could have a problem with your oil sensor, or your oil filter isn't tightened properly, and you may need a new water pump or hose! Who knows? I suggest you get your problem diagnosed first and quit running around saying "the sky is falling."

You could spend a little less than a G. to rebuild your engine. I would imagine that's easier than buying an engine around 600 - 800 than having it getting it installed. Go to Shea Stadium though and look over there at the Junk Yards I'm sure you can get some answers.

DUDE...r u serious??...a new motor is highly unlikely...call up a towing company and have it towed to a TRUSTY mechanic and have them DIAGNOSE your problem...who the heck has a problem and starts babbling about a bad motor????

Wow everyone is kinda attacking him, he's a little freaked out cause his engine seems like its about to die out on him.

like stated have your engine checked out, preferable have a knowlegable org member meet you and check it out with you (offer them some beer or some food), coolant leak good chance is the water pump which is a task to ge to but a cheaper one than a new engine. post back with your findings.

i thynk you need a quality technician to look @ your engine. A new engine is highly unlikely just as everyone else had stated.

no one caught this? obviously if the car was running fine prior to your replacing valve cover gaskets, so you screwed something up. if its leaking oil, dontcha think it may be comming from say...................... the valve cover gaskets? im pretty sure you have to remove the intake to do valve gaskets, so you probably have a vacuum leak from that (making the car run like crap)and the coolant leak is from that also(coolant usually flows through the intake). take it to a mechaninc and have him/her fix it properly. end of story
