haha, I think I'm off to a pretty good start for a young buck, and I've only had this max for about a year.

Dad drove the car and finally believed me that my tires are POS's and offered to buy me tires, but then I thought, if I'm gettin new tires, I might as well...get some rims also

Night and day. Drop looks so good with the 5 spokes. I need to do this bad. What spring/strut combo did you go with and about how many inches was it? Nice job.

The clears on the front were about $40 I think. The red/white tails, I made myself.

I didn't get a spring/strut combo, I got Tein Basic coilovers and dropped my car about 2 inches.

Not too bad. I like the drop.

 

Yea I would go lower but the bottom of my car already scrapes in some areas around here, but as for the ride, it's damn nice, cept my tires are **** lol. As for noise, the Teins don't make any noise at all, I'm lovin em :-D

And yes that is 35% tint, it only looks real light cuz the sun was out there big time today.

Right now I don't know what else I'm going to do, I may get rims, not too sure. But I'm really hoping for a auto -> 5spd swap.

 

Do you have the tan interior? BTW, I like the car. 99 SEL eh? Looking to get one of those soon as a daily driver.

wow, that is one clean and sexy maxima, makes me wish i dropped my car lower too, and i think the 5 spokes look great with that drop

 

Nice and clean...I like it! Good job on the red/clear tails. Nice drop too.

 

looks good man. Actually, it looks identical to mine. I too have a black 99 SEL. It's lowered, but on H&Rs and Illuminas. May I advise you to purchase real clear tails. They will look much better on that black Max and you won't believe this until you put them on.

Also, shave your rear. Looks best when done to a Black max.

 

My interior is a darkish grey cloth.

I also bought my mudflaps used, they did wonders, my sides used to get chipped so much and with the mudflaps, the chipping has reduced wonders.

As for the tails, mine look plenty good to me already. No need to dish out more money

looks very nice, lovin that drop with the 5 spokes. I have 35% on my black max and it def looks a lot darker than that...possibly b/c the rear windshield is 20%
