Well, maybe I'm lucky ... but .. it took me 2 days to get it(b-pipe), and they took my B pipe order in the same amount of time ...

not necessarily. Everytime I email them, I get a response within 24 hours and people received their exhaust system within a week of ordering. Irish will agree with me on this

There are no "customer service hours." It's not like they have an office set up to take your calls. It's an operation run primarily by a Maxima enthusiast. Emailing seems to be the best way to go. What is your question anyway? If it's something any orger can ans. you're better off asking here.

Yes, I will agree. I have never had trouble contacting Steve with questions, orders, etc. I always email and have ALWAYS received a response within 24-48 hours tops. Also, most people won't believe this, but I have found that Frankencar has some of the FASTEST shipping out there once the order has been placed. My b-pipe came 2 days after I ordered it.

What most people don't understand is that Frankencar is not a full-blown business like Stillen or Custommaxima or whatever. It's essentially a few guys who build/design/etc parts for Maximas and a few other Nissans in their spare time (i.e. nights and weekends). As far as I know, they have "real" jobs during the day to pay the bills and nights/weekends are spent "in the shop" making/shipping parts. Since there's only a couple guys in the company, they don't have a receptionist or order person or whatever...so it might take them a little more time to get back to you.

My suggestion: send an email to Steve (email is on the website), and he will generally get back to you sometime the next evening, at least from my experience.

I ordered my b-pipe and got it 3 days later, I was actually very impressed with the service and the pipe as well, very good quality and I highly recommend them.
