There are no "customer service hours." It's not like they have an office set up to take your calls. It's an operation run primarily by a Maxima enthusiast. Emailing seems to be the best way to go. What is your question anyway? If it's something any orger can ans. you're better off asking here.

What most people don't understand is that Frankencar is not a full-blown business like Stillen or Custommaxima or whatever. It's essentially a few guys who build/design/etc parts for Maximas and a few other Nissans in their spare time (i.e. nights and weekends). As far as I know, they have "real" jobs during the day to pay the bills and nights/weekends are spent "in the shop" making/shipping parts. Since there's only a couple guys in the company, they don't have a receptionist or order person or whatever...so it might take them a little more time to get back to you.
My suggestion: send an email to Steve (email is on the website), and he will generally get back to you sometime the next evening, at least from my experience.

Also, most people won't believe this, but I have found that Frankencar has some of the FASTEST shipping out there once the order has been placed. My b-pipe came 2 days after I ordered it.
