O2 Sensors :-(

Hey all,

After the SES light came up on my 99 maxima indicating a bad o2 sensor I decided to replace all of them, I'm rolling with around 100000 anyways. So I replaced 3/4 the 4th one being on top of the exhaust piping. Anyways, 2 days later the code came back on. The code I have indicates that it's the rear bank sensor 2/2. Is this the one that I couldn't change? If so how the hell do I get to it without dropping the exhaust? Also, in the manual it indicates there is a sensor back near the cat.. I don't see one on my car.. Am I supposed to have one back there, or no?

Thanks,
Erik

alright, thanks. i'm gonna jack up the car today and switch the two O2 sensors on the y-pipe. that way i should be able to tell if it is just a busted O2, right? i'll just get a code for the other O2 down by the rear header.
I hope this doesn't have anything to do with my y-pipe. I just put a Budget SS in about a month ago, and had no problems at all. my CEL light just came on last night, so it probably isn't related. I hope...
