I have Eibach and Tokicos...

Pros: improved handling and cornering, reduced fender gap
Cons: harsher than stock ride

Hope this helps and good luck!

My opinion to your question->

I had eibach with tokico and they felt great when I first put them on, But eventually they started to get bouncy and rough. So I decided to get the konis like everyone else and in MY OPINION they ride a little to rough for my taste. Maybe I have to adjust them better for my taste but right now I am not to happy with my Koni purchase. I will suggest that you find someone with the set up that you are thinking of purchasing and go on a test drive. Everyone has a different opinion on how a car should feel and drive take your time because after your purchase you would be stuck with it.

Eibachs & Tokicos are a good combination. You'll get use to the ride.

Don't get Tokico's with Eibachs!!!! They will wear completely out in 10k miles. Spend the extra $150 and go for the konis. They won't wear out on you.
And for Jose, you might want to actually set you Konis stiffer, probably to around the middle setting. I've noticed at the lowest setting, the springs tend to bounce around a little bit giving you the harsh ride.

I had my maintenace department at my job cut the strut and drill the hole->

for me. Me and my friend did the install,If you have the right tools you shouldn't have much of a problem. It took us a couple of hours.

I have the setting in the middle right now->

I guess living in the land of pothole (NYC) and having 18"rims don't help either. Maybe I am getting to old for this (lol)
