I had my tire taken off for a little while, and it was laying on its side in some carburetor cleaner So as you can guess,its got spots all over the place,that i can;t get out. Is there anything i can do to make a little better,if not completely fix it up?

 

Do you need PICS?!? ill post some tomorrow. basically, its just like chemicals penetrated into the wheel,and left dark spots that cant be rinsed away.Sanding seemed to do nothing
