Free Wind Deflector!!!!!

Anybody in jersey, my wind deflector literally sucked right off my car as i drove down the parkway yesterday. One side peeled up,so i threw my arm up to hold it down. As i was holding the one side, the other side seperated and i had enough strength to fight the wind and physics/gravity for about 1/2 mile, but then..........woosh,gone. Its in the area of milemarker 100,northbound. If you want one,to save the 50 bucks,go take a ride.

Maybe a novel thought here, but why didn't you just pull over and stop the car when it first came loose?

well, i reckon out in the country theres no traffic, and you could pull over easily. Us yankees have lots of people, lots of traffic, and you cant just pull over that easily.

But for real tho,i was in the left-most lane doing about 80. It made a noise, one end popped off,and i grabbed it. I got into the center lane and then the other side came off (i had slowed down about 10-15 mph by now) and before i could get over to the slow lane and to the shoulder, i saw it in the rearview mirror bounce off the road into the grass

Yeah, count me in to drive out to the boonies to search on the side of the highway for a peice with what I can only presume as having busted mounting holes.
