Many noises coming from wheel/axle area...

I think I posted about this before, but I sometimes hear a strange noise coming from the wheels. It's a pulsating squeaking sound. It almost sounds like a bird chirping which gets faster as I drive faster, until the road noise drowns it out. Somebody on here said it could be a loose piece of metal in the brakes, but I already know it's not that. Also, when I cut the steering wheel all the way to the right, it sounds like the tire is rubbing against something near the end of the turn. I know it's not hitting the wheel well, but it doesn't make that noise when I cut it all the way to the left. Any ideas? I don't know much about cars, but could it possibly be a wheel bearing that causes the squeaking?

The squealing could be a bad wheel bearing. A competent independent mechanic will easily be able to identify the problem.
