SES Light Indicates P0138

My SES light came on early this week and I ran the test and here is the code I get: P0138. I know its the Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1). I have a 2002 Maxima SE and its still under warranty. Does anyone know if this O2 sensor is covered under warranty? Will the dealer give me a hassle because I'm basically telling them what the problem is? I know they'll want to do a diagnostic test and charge me $80. Trying to avoid this fee.

If you have em replace the O2 sensor, don't they waive the diagnostic fee? I thought the fee was only levied if ya have em diagnose it but then not have em fix it.

Would have led ya to this:

This is crazy how many O2 sensor posts lately. It must be something in the air. I am intermittenly poping that code too. Only twice now in about 3-4 weeks, not sure if it is ghost or not. The only times I saw it was when I came back from the track and was doing triple digits on the highway. But it is strange how many people are getting it now.
