Aftermarket exhausts + O2 sensor

Aftermarket exhausts + O2 sensor
The rear O2 sensor is in a small cast section of pipe that is odd shaped. How do aftermarket Y pipes, converters and B pipes deal with that? Do they keep the funky piece or eliminate it and have a bung for the O2 sensor in that area?
