i can show you pics for a 5.5 gen, i don't see how it can be that diff from a 6th gen. the 3 spots i mean. but like i said, if it's like an 02-03, you'll need to somehow get under that air duct.
the power is easy... I just wanna make sure where the negative goes on the ALT. cause we have the chasis not too far from it..
I was thinking just attach it to one of the bolts holding the ALT(bracket) and runing it to the chasis....

I started on the big 3 this morning and am slowing seeing some changes. I did the alternaotr to chassis and will work on the battery negative to chassis tomorrow. Should be interesting after its all said and done.
i did this today on my I30 and the bad dimming that i once had is now obselete. only when im in a dead stop at a light for more than a minute is when the guages start to dim. but thats with over 1500 watts RMS. I love it!!!!

Yeah. It was a PITA to attach it to the bracket but I got it on there. I used 4 gauge wire.
I should be set by tuesday....

just follow the factory line for the chassis. i think the block and alt spots are kinda obvious but i'll try to remember to get pics up in the morning. it's 4:40am here though so i might forget lol
I have the alternator - ground and battery negative - ground done. Definitely noticed a difference in the overall performance of the lights, stereo and other electrical. lights seemed brighter and there's more of a bass response from the stereo. Still need to do the other part of it. So far, so good.
