RPM reading too high on emanage/PRofec E-01 ?

Well I got my car back today after getting it rebuilt.
Wow I am broke as a joke.

Wow this Clutchnet Racing 6 Button "E-Z LOCK PRO" ™ Sprung Hub Clutch Disc with 50% mod plate is going to take some getting used to.
How the hell are you suppose to sit on a hill at a light abnd not stall or roll back into the car behind you hehe. Holy chatter.

Now that it is cooling off outside I am going to see why I get 0 PSI on the boost gauge......

My main question is concerning why the display is reading way too high for RPMs.

May change as you break it in, but once broken in at least, revving the car up higher than normal and slipping it from like 2 grand or 2500 makes for much smoother engagement than say 1000 or 1500rpm (which is how I typically drive, so I have to make a conscious effort to rev it higher so as to not chatter my teeth out.)

The chatter with my Clutchnet "fiber-carbon pro" is about 99% gone. I can't remember the last time it chatterd on me.

WOW this clutch is driving me crazy.

Am I hurting anything by slipping the clutch that much higher?

What do you recommend for breaking-in this bad boy?

Any thoughts on the RPM read out?

I also cannot find my vaccuum leak. I am taking it to the tranny shop tomorrow so they can look at it. :<

Ohh great, I can't wait to drive mine with a 60% over stock PP.

FYI, I am coming from an ACT stage 2 so Im not sure how much harsher this one will be.

I wish I would have listened to I30tMikeD and got a more daily driver friendly clutch.

So any words on the RPM issue?
What Car Select Settings are you using for the PRofec E-01/emanage?

If its reading high on RPM you got the wrong settings. Got to make sure it was set at 6cylinder. Sounds like you might have it set to 4cylinder. It basically reads the pulses off the ignition wire and basically outputs a reading on that.

Hmmm I think it is setup correctly. It has the same settings from when I left ATL, but we knew it was running high at that time, we just ran out of time to trouble shoot further. :>

Here is the car select page from the manual: http://www.mohdparts.com/emanage/man..._manual/17.jpg

Here are all my settings in the PRofec E-01:

edit: This morning on the way to work the tach was reading around 600rpm and the PSI was at -5.1. I forget what the RPM on the PRofec was reading at these measurements. I only stalled once on the way to work. :> endedit

IDLE-warmed up
~800 RPM on tach
PROfec E-01 readouts:
1280-1320 RPM

~-6.0 PSI (when I left ATL this was reading -11 PSI)
