PCV - Positive Crankcase Ventilation
It's on the rear valve cover over by the throttle body. A small hose connects it to a metal tube. If you take the bolt that holds the tube bracket in place it will make access to the PCV valve much easier. You'll be able to move the tube back a bit which allows you to pull the small rubber hose off.
