Squeaking clutch pedal...

nuff said. what do you know about it...where do i spray to get rid of the noise. whenever i release the clutch, it hear a squeaking noise.

is it the pedal, or does it sound like it's coming from under the hood whenever you depress the pedal? a couple people have had problems with both, but if i remember correctly, some had to have some parts replaced...give me a second to do a search...

i have a feeling it's nothing more than a dry cable, but we'll see. it only happens for about an inch of movement...again, we'll see.

Mine has been doing this for about a year. Two places I asked about the problem said it was the master slave cylinder or something like that. I never got it fixed tho...I don't even notice it anymore because I'm so used to it.
