This noise is really starting to bother me now. It just started like 2 days ago and is getting worse. It is a loud creaking type noise from the front of the car when i am lightly applying the brakes between 5mph and a stop. its only when i have a VERY light pressure on the pedal, and more pressure and it goes away. no noise at all when not on the brakes. any idea what it could be i checked the cv boots, and both are looking perfect, so i dont think thats it. any ideas? btw, i am lowered on tein stech with stock struts and cut bumpstops.

 

anyone? its now getting worse, its like an on off rubbing when lightly on the brakes at decent speeds. maybe a warped rotor?

 

Bad strut, bad bearings?

 

maybe ill jsut bring it in to the dealer for diag and then ill fix it. its too hot to try and diag it this week

what strut? it's your brakes.

 

the last time I had a creak in my front end it was a bad strut. it only happened when I applied my brakes.
