i have decided that i hate my exterior chrome door handles, and i want them grey luster, like the rest of my car. rather than find someone willing to swap, it would be easier and faster just to buy the door handles, i assume. but every parts distributor i found online has nothing of the sort, even carparts.com. you guys have any other suggestions?

yeah, but to do that, i have to take off the handle anway, and ive always been told you cant paint those, that it wont come out right, even if you do sand and paint it.

 

How do you think the stock ones were made? GO to a bodyshop, it should not cost too much.

 

try www.car-part.com (or car-parts.com)...it's a search of national junkyards and you can search by part...they are listed by color usually as well. A buddy of mine just got a handle for $10 for his wife's corolla.....
