Grrrr...

Just got my brand new shiny Otto FSTB from procarparts.com on Ebay.



With two passenger side brackets...

Was hoping to put this thing in tonight. Guess not.

Will post later with how the vendor handles this. I am going to call first thing in the AM. Based on Ebay feedback and my previous unanswered email about a shipping issue, an email reply may take forever or never happen.

There has been a couple of people on the org with the same problem of the Otto fstb from procarparts on Ebay, including myself. I received mine on a Friday around noon last year and called Procarparts same afternoon and the resolution I received by talking to one of the manager was that they were sending out a new one with a postage paid label for UPS and was told that as soon as I received the new one, I should sent back the original. I got the new one in about 4 days. Ed.

 

You can always charge it back via paypal. They will investigate and that usually sets a fire under the **** of the seller. I had to do this with a sub I purchased that was never shipped becuase it was out of stock. I had to get paypal involved to get my credit but it did happen.
