Need quick help on rear brake sliding pins

I am under a little bit of confusion with the caliper sliding pins on the rear brakes. One of the pins has a rubber sleeve on it.

Does the sliding pin with the rubber sleeve go in the top hole or the bottom hole on the caliper bracket?

Thanks in advance!
