I purchased a '96 maroon I30 with 75k
and I love this car. Want to start with some mods,
but it seem that manufacturers don't make
many mods for it. I sometimes have regrets for
not getting the Maxima, but I got a good deal.
Could you place picts of your I30 with custom wheels
Will the mods for Maxima work on the I30?

OUT!

Welcome aboard ! Don't ever feel guilty about getting a I30 instead of a maxima because they are both great cars, I have had both and I personaly prefer the looks of my I30 quite a bit more. About mods fitting from a maxima, they are 96% interchangable, the only mods a Max has available that will not fit our I30's is Carbon Fber hood and a Stillen Body kit{The side skirts fit though } and the Stillen Type II spoiler, I think that is about it though. Now on the other hand there are cools parts that bolt right onto the I30 from Japan like my 1 piece Cefiro headlights and Cefiro grill. If ypu have any questions about my car feel free to ask and I will help you.

Peace

Thats a tough question to answer becuase you failed to give a adequate description of ther Legend, there are tons of different Legends, for example it could have been a 88 Auto Legend or maybe it was 96 6speed Legend? Most likely your talking about a 91-96 Legend Auto which are not very fast and should be game for a auto max. I personaly whould chuckle if some punk wanted to race me with a Legend. This reminds me of today's big event when some punk in a Jetta with a big Neuspeed sticker accross his winshield tride to race me, it resulted in a serius beat down LOL , about 15 cars by 70mph LOL

Read his post.... they are from the Japannese Cefiro (Rebadged I30 in Japan)
headlights and grill are a direct bolt, i believe 98 the I30 did go to clear headlights, but still not like those

Heres a nice side shot.

The headlights and grill were imported off of a Cefiro from Japan, if you want them let me know and I will give you some info.

The only thing I have done is test it with my G-Tech pro, after about 5 attemps I got 0-60mph in 5.44 seconds, I also did 1 1/4 mile run and got a 14.26 @ 103.6 mph, I know I can do better then that, maybe next time.

It's bloody confusing, my car is called a maxima in Australia, you guys call them I30's and the Japanese call them cefiro's.
I've debadged it since those 'bad' pics it looks a lot cleaner especially the rear end, have any of you guys seen the older nissan laurel's these are nice they come out in turbo v6 rwd they look like a cross between a 3rd gen and an i30.
