Hanshin vs Mitsubishi coil packs
Hanshin vs Mitsubishi coil packs
The Hanshins may fail a lot faster but my car runs much better with them. It revs up quicker. The car shifts quicker with the Hanshins. Maybe I'm imagining this but I am keeping them Hanshins.
No, he's just talking about our stock ignition coils.
There are two different manufacturers (Hanshin and Mitsubishi) and the Nissan dealers sell both brands.
Some here have said that one brand tends to fail more. (can't remember which brand)

I just replaced my coilpacks recently with more Hanshins. I wanted Mitsubishis but Pinnacle said that Hanshins were all that they carry, even though their website said Mitsubishi. They should have told me that before they shipped the coilpacks to me. But I needed to get them done so in they went. I hope they don't give out in another 70k miles; they're kinda expensive.
