Hi,
I'm fairly new at modding cars but I dont think installing clear corners is brain surgery, however I did install them today and the smaller side lights do not flash. I tried seating them every differnet way in the socket and pushing them as deep as possible (I dont wanna break the glass).

They dont flash when i signal, lock the car with the remote or put on the 4-ways. However the bigger lights work fine.

Then I tried to reinstall the clear original bulb and it to would not flash.

What is the problem here? Bad bulbs? Not seating them in properly? or Some kind wiring or car problem...

thanks

do you mean they don't flash when you indicate or when activating the alarm??? Unless you've done the side marker rewire they will not flash.

??

Is that true? I thought they flashed...
Then what is the point of these lights at all?

The clear corners have no circuitry in them. They are simply and exterior cosmetic alternative to stock. They behave exactly the way the OEM corners do. No more, no less.

obviously

I'm not talking about the lights flashing now because they are clear, I thought the smaller bulbs lit up as well, and if they don't, then why are they there at all?

Headlights on?

Kind of stating the obvious here but they're lit when your headlights are on. If one thinks about it ... in general not all of the red/yellow lights on one particular side of any automobile will flash when the turn signal is activated.

ummm...

I'm getting confused. The side marker lights (the small rectangular ones that you have to pull out first in order to unscrew the larger bumper lights) do not flash either when indicating or when activating the stock alarm. They turn on when the parking lights or the headlights are activated and they will continually stay on. So unless they have been rerouted to the bumper lights, they will not blink...maybe if you turn the lights off and on they will

LOL I feared a problem cuz I didn't realize they never flash or anything. Is there a write-up on the re-wire, or can anyone tell me how it's done? I want them to blink too.

The sides (wedge bulbs) don't flash, never have, never will... Unless you rewire...
