I bought the apc high wattage harness kit and put in Plasma Xenon Hiper white bulbs 85/80w and my connectors are still being melted like every 6-8 weeks. I keep having to replace the connectors which is inexpensive but very annoying. It seems like its always the same socket too, I think its the ground connector but i'm not sure(its the one on the right if the connector is facig you with the round part down).

Any help on why the hell this is happening? Also is there another upgrade harness besides APC?

How about an H3 upgrade harness for my fogs also???

Yea, my harness seems to act up sometimes, but I think its more of my bulb because it has a little bit of deterioration on the metal ground tab due to past old connectors melting. I heard if you shorten your ground wires it might actually solve the melting problem. As for the H3 harness, I think they make one, but I'm not sure. If you find out, let me know.

I'm having the same freakin problem! I just installed a new harness and what happens 3 DAYS later???? *Meltdown* This sucks! I'm looking for a perminant solution to this problem so if you ever find one ...please post or get back to me! BTW, where and how much are you buying your upgraded APC harnesses for?
