Clearance Lights Out.. - Blown Fuse.. which one?

I looked at the "fuse box" under the steering wheel.. i don't see any fuse for clearance lights..

does anyone know which fuse it would be? (no Haynes manual here.. :-/).. Also do we have any spare fuses to replace the blown fuse with... or do i have to go to the dealership and buy a new fuse (i know it's no biggie, just dont feel like driving there..)

Did you check the fuses inside the car? they are under the steering wheel area.

for some reason I mis-read and thought you checked the fuses in the engine bay oops!

Did you check the fuses in the engine bay? I don't have my Haynes handy....

The fuse panel inside the car typically has a few spare fuses... you can buy those type of fuses from any parts store or even hardware store.

k i found it and popped it open... the area that's labeled "Corn Lamp" (which i figure is corner lamp) is empty.. the area labeled "Lamp" is also empty.. "Fog Light" .. doesn't have a top not to mention i don't have foglights.. basically i don't know where the fuse is..

the blinkers work, and the headlights work. The corner lights (low beam) are both out..

where's the damn fuse people?!

- out for a bit.. i look forward to replies.

in the engine bay its labeled as TAIL its a 15 amp fuse on the inside it is also labeled TAIL and its a 7.5 amp fuse. In the inside you should have fuse remover as well as spare fuses hopefully.

also I don't think the "corn lamp" has anything to do with the corner lamps.

to late lol ... thanks for the replies guys.. just got pulled over for "taillights being out" ... was leaving a diner with a friend and got pulled over maybe 5 minutes into cruising..

the cop was just like you know your tail lights are out? im like actually no i didnt you mind if i have a look? and he's like go ahead (its 3am mind you).. so i look and then it clicks.. im like yea.. if you look at my corner lights theyre out too i blew a fuse.. he just nodded like he could care less and he's like whats that plastic bag and shines at my cupholder.. and im like uh, car parts, and i take it and hand it to him and it's completely empty... and i try to explain by picking up wires in my cupholder that i just wired my headunit ..

ye.. basically didn't go to well, but i got off with a warning, so def going to have to fix that tommorow.

also as far as spare fuses where are they located? are they labeled on the inside? .. thanks

On the interior fuse panel, on the right hand side, the fuses placed vertically are all spares, and that white thing there is the fuse removal tool (actually useful, took me while to realize what it was and how to use it...).

When you pull the fuses, hold it up to the light or use a flashlight to confirm that the connection is broken. Sometimes a broken connection doesn't look that obvious to the eye.

Agreed. My cigarette lighter socket doesn't always work, but the fuse is not blown. By pressing in on the fuse, it'll come on. Sometimes the contacts get loose.
