removing muffler w/ rusted bolts

How the funk can i undo the bolts that connect the muffler pipe flange to the flange on the connecting pipe. I bought a muffler, but i cant get the old flange off. Hence i cannot install new muffler. ps I dont have a torch.

It can be done if you have a good breaker bar, penetrating oil and good access to the bolt. Maybe putting your vehicle on jack stands will help.

If you have an air gun or electric impact wrench, I'd try that. If not, DAP's suggestion may also work in this case.
