If there is mosture in the headlamps you can drill a small pinhole on the bottom of the unit to let it out.

You can sand or polish it out if the lense is plastic.
I have used Mcguires on my van with plastic lenses, after a few applications it was much improved.
I drilled a small pinhole on an Olds with good results.

dude..bake the headlight..or heat gun it open...then..take the lens and some brake fluid..and wipe the fliud gently throughout the entire inside of the lens (if the fogging is on the inside) and it will clear right up...if its on the outside.you dont have to bake it or use a heat gun..just carefully clean it with brake fluid.

On my 99 i30 it looks like the entire plastic is cloudy. Is this a surface issue or does it go throughout the entire piece of plastic?
